Welcome to the 15th annual meeting of the Finnish Synchrotron Radiation User Organisation (FSRUO)! This year the event is organized as a webinar. The meeting brings together potential users of synchrotron radiation, free-electron lasers, and neutron radiation. It offers a diverse overview of the current research activities carried out with these methods, supported by inspiring keynote presentations. The meeting is open to everyone interested in these topics.
15th FSRUO annual meeting
Webinar on 4.12.–5.12.2024

Keynote speakers
Joachim Schnadt (MAX IV Laboratory, Sweden)
Richard Neutze (University of Gothenburg, Sweden):
Esko Oksanen (European Spallation Source, Sweden)
John Bozek (Synchrotron Soleil, France)
Registration
Registration to Synchrotron Light Finland 2024 is now open. The registration closes on the 2nd of Dec. The event will be free of charge and the Zoom-link to the webinar will be sent to all registered participants by email the day before the event begins. In case we need to limit the number of participants, presenters and those who registered first will have priority.
Contributed talks
We also welcome contributed talks (10 + 5 minutes) and encourage especially early-stage researchers to submit contributions. You can indicate your interest in giving a talk in the registration form. Short abstracts (200 words + one figure) will be asked only from those who will be selected to give a talk. If you want to request a talk, please register by 4.11.2022.
General assembly
The general assembly of FSRUO is held on 4th of Dec. at 15:15 (UTC+02:00). If you are not yet a member of FSRUO and want to become one, there is an option to join FSRUO in the webinar registration form. The membership is free of charge.
